To open Gmail, you can sign in from a computer or add your account to the Gmail app on your phone or tablet.
Once you're signed in, open your inbox to check your mail.

From here, you sign in to your Admin console and other programs or services your company has set up with SSO at the same time.
Just enter the sign-in name and password your admin gave.
To help keep your account secure, use "Sign in with Google" to connect apps to your Google Account.
An app password is a 16-digit passcode that gives a less secure app or device.
Sign out of someone else’s device Important: If your password is saved to someone else’s device, change your password and make sure you’re signed out of their device.
